Furnished on suite room in a nice 2 (plus office) bedroom apartment near Haebangchon. I'm looking for someone to share the apartment I am living in.
My room/flatmate has finished his job and is going home. I am looking for someone to share this nice apartment. You will have a big on suite room. The apartment is furnished and it is in a nice location. You would have to pay half of the rent (550,000won) and half the key money 2.5m if possible.
Also pay half the bills/internet/water. We have internet/computer and a water machine. Water only costs an extra 10,000won a month each. Internet is about 30/40,000 a month. Obviously you'd only pay half of that.
I'm 25(man), from the UK and I teach. Prefer someone who teaches as well but I'm not too fussed.
You can contact me through my email - [email protected]
Thanks

Just had a thought. I can also rent out the room with the computer in it. Would have to move out the computer and table and you'd have to get a bed but i'd be willing to have 2 other people living there if needs be. Would make the rent a lot cheaper. Would be 450,000 for the onsuite room, and 300,000 for the other room. The big one is on suite. The other one you'd need to get a bed and what not.
The apartment has an oven as well. Thought that might be a good selling point. |

Still two rooms availible. 1 is 300,000 and the other 450,000.
Also no key money really needed as I have put the key money down already. |

Nice apartment..
And between us fellow UKers... the spelling for a room with an attached bathroom is *ensuite*... not on suite... |

Yeah I'm not the best when it comes to spelling. But thank you for spotting the mistake. I like when I learn something new. I don't know how to spell words I never use. |

Looks nice and in a convenient area for some good stuff to do. Maybe you will get more responses if you can say more about what kind of people you want etc. E.G. smokers are ok? Long term or short? Deposit? Just pay rent month to month? How much are the utilities?
Is it quiet? (The area and the apartment). Is it ok to socialise/have people stay over?
Good luck, someone has got to snap this chance up. |

Thanks for the questions.
Anyone is welcome to stay here as long as they aren't too noisy really. Have friends over etc, can smoke, the apartment is quiet - no kids running around upstairs and you only have to pay rent. |

Maybe if you discounted it a bit you might get more. It would mean paying out of your pocket but somebody might be more inclined. |

Gonna contribute to keeping this bumped. Am sorely tempted myself as my building is so noisy at times...but sadly is more than I would get for housing allowance and am here to make money at the end of the day. (Plus it would make for a longer commute.)
Still, looks like a nice place. |

Well it was just me and another guy and we were paying 550 each a month. But I dont think many people could afford 550 a month and that is why I put down the rent and offered up the spare room which is currently an office/art room.
The one room is 450 cause it is a nice ish size and there is a bed and the pillows bedding come with it. It is also ensuite (thank you for teaching me that word). Is also has built in wardrobes(spl - I am so crap at spelling) and airconditioning in that room. There is a big AC in the main room too. I forgot there is a Lazy Boy chair too.
The other room is the smallest and 300 a month. There is no furniture in it but it would take much to make it into a nice place/den. Just remember you dont need to pay any key money as I have already put it down.
Also the apartment is furnished (besides the one room). there is virtually everything to cook with. A nice huge fridge. TV. Internet. Water machine.
I dont mind having a minimal room cause I'm usually out most of the day or spend most of my time in the kitchen/living room. The house can be moved around a bit if needs be to make more space.
The front door to the building is coded so a little extra security there. The landlady lives on the 1st floor but she is usually pretty drunk most of the time and pretty helpful actually. Apart from when she drunk cause she mumbles in Korean.
I'm pretty easy going etc yadda yadda so wouldn't get too much in your way. |
