My instructions are:

PLEASE COURIER YOUR APPLICATION WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO:

Foreign Liaison
Ms. Wenise Kim

Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education
Level 3, Schools Policy Division
15 Worldcup-gil, Jangan gu
Suwon , Gyeonggi-do 440-702
Republic of Korea

In Korean language :
경기도 수원시 장안구 월드컵길 15,
경기도 교육청 학교정책과 국제협력팀

1.) Do I actually use a courier service, or just regular FedEx Express, etc.?

2.) Also, I do not know Korean, do I address the label in English, or print out the Korean part and use that?

Thanks, Smile they'd take a bit to respond, and I'd like to send this out tomorrow morning if possible.

It's my understanding that FedEx, DHL, etc IS courier.

They will make you use English, but try and stick the Korean on, too. It will get there faster.

I have made PDF files of my address in English and Korean so my parents can just print it out and paste it on things. Easy!

DHL has been known to open the sealed transcripts for "security" reasons, so be careful.

The best choice would be to use the POSTAL express mail service (also known as EMS or priority post (depending on what country you are from).

The cost is less than 1/2 of FEDEX or DHL, it is just as secure, it is trackable and tracable (on-line), has a signature requirement and the timeline is about the same as the more expensive services..
