id like to do a "quiet" weekend getaway to japn in december. im thinking outdoor hot springs, and skiing. can anyone suggest a location that has both? if not, either?

| Fly into Tokyo and start going northward. About half way to Niigata, there are many skiing and onsens absolutely everywhere. |
