In the last month or two with all these crim. checks required, new applicants have to be asked if they have any skeletons in their closet.

It's amazing how many people have admitted that yes they do have minor offences in their past.

Many of these are drug related..minor stuff like a joint here or there.
For equally minor offences some people have opted for short jail terms rather than pay a fine.

Both of these disqualify you from getting a visa with a public school.
If this becomes official for all E2 visas....how many great teachers should start preparing to leave the ROK forever?
