Hey all.. Anybody got any ideas about this?
Im looking into going on a short vacation just before the Christmas period!
2 nights and 3 days. My gf and I are looking into going somewhere that is reasonably close and also warm..if possible! Also a place that may still have tickets available..
We are planning to leave Seoul early on Friday the 21st of Dec and return on the Sunday night the 23rd..
Was in Jeju last Christmas so thats out..
Is Guam a good option?? Any place else people can think of??
Hopefully the flight wont be much more than 3/4 hours!!
Budget is not a huge issue though cheaper would be a good bonus..
Thank You.. |

I don't think you are going to get anywhere to warm on a short trip like that. I would look into going to Shanghai. It's a nice break fro mthe daily grind of Korea. Good shopping, EXCELLENT food. YOu can forget you are in asia for a bit. |

Thanks for the reply..
Have given China some consideration and will consider it more, but as I said it would be better to get somewhere warm.
Im also looking at how easy it would be to get a visa to get to a place..
Looking for info about Chinese Visas now!!
How about Macau or Guam??? Anybody have experience of those places..
They dont seem too far away and will be warm.. |

I would do Hong Kong if you don't want a long flight, want somewhere that is warmer than here, and is pretty cool. You can catch a ferry to Macau from Hong Kong as well. My roommate was in Hong Kong this weekend and it was like 25 degrees. |
