You can also use bikemart.co.kr, I prefer it to paso.
Also, do you mean you don't need a license plate on the bike, or a drivers license? Because you need a car drivers license (Korean, or Intl. accompanied by a valid home country license) up to 125cc. If you have the DL and are legal, getting a license plate is no problem (though unnecessary on a 50cc). |
