I know you said you have already tried online tools but here is another good one:

But I must say, self-study is a long, tough road.
I took evening classes, three nights a week, at YBM in Jongno. I think it is probably the cheapest (other than the free classes - KFCC, Sookmyung, KOTRA). There wasn't a lot of speaking though, most people say Sogang is the best for that.
It depends a lot on your level too, I think you need to do intensive to start - like Mon-Fri, if possible. After awhile you can go fewer times and practice more by yourself.
