KEB and Priority Pass have not been able to renegotiate usage of the KAL Lounges for the upcoming year. Therefore, they have selected a smaller, older, crappier lounge... MATINA. The service change takes place this week....
I normally make use of the KAL lounge using Priority Pass every trip through Incheon Airport... it's clean and offers great meals / drinks / alcohol / service.
Please make a call and let KEB and Priority Pass know how disappointing and unacceptable the change is...

This is not something that KEB can change. Okay, you can call and say that you are unhappy about this, but what do you think will change?
KEB provides you with a free membersip for the Priorty Pass every year, and Priority Pass is a completely separate company. If you are unhappy with the changes, then contact Priority Pass like you said.
Plus how much time do you spend at Incheon Airport? After checking in I usually don't have much time to hang out. |

Dawg: how bad are the Matina lounges? Do they provide food and drinks?
The Priority Pass is the only reason why I have a KEB Expat Card, so indeed any change in their lounge policy would make me seriously reconsider my membership... |
