These were the highlights of my day:

~ I took a hot steaming shower and put on my pajamas (navy blue, of course).
~ Opened a carton of Ben-n-Jerry's cookie dough ice cream and spent the rest of the night watching "Family Guy"

my last birthday...my first class of grade 7 students came in with a cake, singing happy birthday. Their homeroom teacher also had them make birthday cards for me.

Indeed, Connecticut IS NOT the most interesting state to live in......oh well....might as well make the best of it.......at least I watched " Family Guy", which is my new favorite show........
