|
|
I think I've asked this in two or so different places, but haven't been able to find an answer...
Anyway, I have friends re-signing in the coming months (late December/January) and they don't have their criminal records checks done.
The criminal records check takes four to six months, so would they have to go home for four to six months until it is done then come back? Or can they work on good faith with the understanding that the criminal records check is under way?
Thanks. |

Immigration has NOT announced a firm policy on this and NO ONE really knows for sure. Any answer you get is pure speculation. |
