What are they?

I am looking to get a winter camp job come January. I am currently traveling and all of my documents are in Seoul with a friend.

I am wondering if I can sort everything out when I get to Korea? can I just show up with a tourist visa and then get that switched over to a C4? is it hard? Would I need to leave the country and come back in?

Also, should I line a job up before hand? or is it better to show up in Korea and look for something when I get there? Would one week be enough time to find something?

Thanks.
