I was looking at the Public School overview on the Footprints website. It says 1 year teaching experience is required for a public school job. Will I have a hard time finding a public school job with no teaching experience? |

No, it is easy to get one but your pay is about 200k lower if you have no experience. |

Do yourself a favor and do a tesol certificate if you're going to work at a public school. Unless you have a Master's degree in a related field or a teaching cert from back home. You'll get bumped to the next pay level, the cert will pay for itself the first year.
Plus ya learn stuff in em or something ;p |

aarontendo is correct. By taking a training course it will greatly enhance your opportunity for employment. Obviously the best option is to have actual teacher training, but the vast majority of people coming to Korea are in other fields of study anyway. I sent you a PM with some information about some training options available to you with regard to training. |
