A couple of friends and I all used this one. It isn't a paper mill if that's what you're looking for. We all really like it.

You could try Jeff Mohamed's distance education course. He's a CELTA trainer affliated with English International. The course itself is quite good at providing the foundations of TEFL.
Just type in his name or English International into Google and something will come up. |
