I was thinking about this last night, laying awake in bed. Both my wife's and my visa expire at the end of February. We'll be away for Christmas holiday (luckily) and will sort out CRC then. But does this mean we have to then fly to Japan for a consular interview? I've already spent gobs for airline tickets for Chrimbo ... I don't feel like having to shell out yet again straight away when I'm back for a two day trip to Fukuoka. |

This is bothersome as well. Does this mean we constantly have to be providing apostiled documents every time we resign? |

Obviously the information posted was seen as being a 'set up' by a recruiter when this was certainly not the case. The information given in the posting was to help others in this time of confusion. It was authentic, well researched, translated and investigated thoroughly before being given. |

Yet you deleted the OP, and didn't address any of the questions posed in thread, which presumably you could if the OP was indeed 'well researched, translated and investigated' before being posted.
Cheers. Tool. |

Even with the best research possible many of the answers about the new E2 regulations are not known yet. I was told this today from an immigration official who is trying to work it out himself.
"At the moment no one is sure of this new system"-
The scariest thing said today was
"we can just think the new law has already started. even though someone has already got issued visa number, if his alien registration is after Dec 15, the teacher will still have to show criminal check and official medical check to receive the ailien card"
I have no ideas if this is the case - but it is a good example of the interpretation being applied by one official in immigration
As for posting and then deleting my 'well researched' information on this forum - why bother to take the time ? I have many other things I could be doing. Many writers seem only to wallow in the worry and the hype discussion anyway. Genuine people such as yourself just end up more confused. Pm me if you wish. I am not posting again regarding this. |
