Has anyone ever experience this? I got a connecting flight in Dubai onto Korea, however my case got left behind somehow - So I had to provide the address I'm staying at to the airline's lost and found desk. Just about everything I need is in there such as clothes, underwear, shower stuff etc Rolling Eyes Has anyone had this problem, and how long did it take for your case to arrive? They said it will arrive the next day. Which I really hope..

My luggage was left in LAX. Things like that always happen to me in LA. I arrived on a Friday around 10pm in Korea, reported my lost luggage, and received my luggage at the place I was staying at 1am Sunday morning. Considering this was my first time traveling alone internationally, I was so freaked out, but things were taken care of as quickly as possible.

We've had luggage lost on the way out of LaGuardia to Seoul. They delivered it two days later. No problems. IT'll get there, OP. Don't worry. If you are really desperate for something, hop in a taxi and get to the closest Mart.

Ask them how long it will take and what their daily spending limit is for essential clothing - normally socks, shirt and underwear.

Buy what you need and keep the receipts and put a claim in.

It's normally after 24hours.

Were you on an Emirates flight? They have always been really good with me. Give them a call and see, if they give you the run around ask to speak to their line manager and explain where you are. If he can do it he will get your clothes to you ASAP.

Good travel advice - always pack a spare change of clothing in your carry on.

I'll keep that in mind from now on, although hopefully it will be a long time before doing such a big journey. Anyway I've got my stuff, it came within the 24 hour mark - Just about.
