The video. It shows how sensible the freedom message is. I just wish he would change his stance on abortion. |

That's new. Its an important difference from what he had said before about States Rights. States should not be able to pass amendments that infringe on gays' rights to marriage/civil union/whatever two consenting adults want to call their relationshp.
Again, Ron Paul has a strong libertarian philosophy that is attractive. Its a shame he gives me no confidence in his ability to lead. |

He's on the record saying that he personally abhors drug consumption.
However, as he sees it, the merits of supporting personal choice & genuine "freedom" (i.e. non-state intervention) outweigh any perceived downside.
To put it another way:
