I'm trying to find out what the pay scale is for a public school teacher.
Am I right that there is no uniform pay scale between different programs?

I work in Gyeonggi Do but not for Gepik. I work in Sanbon for Gunpo City Hall and I can't find pay scale information anywhere.

For Gyeonggi provincial teachers the information you seek is on page 3 of the application form. http://gepik.ken.go.kr/foreign/application.php

Download it (click the button in the center right) and open it with MS-office.

Additionally, there are some additional benefits that are in the standard contract if you work in a school that is designated as rural (+ 5 extra days paid holiday + 100k per month).

The different programs (EPIK, GEPIK, SMOE/ETIS) do have different pay scales and some differences in benefits.

If you work in Gangnam, the lowest base-pay is 2.5 and if you have public school experience, you will probably start at 2.6. I just quit, and I know they are hiring. They are advertising on this site as well. Some positions are offering minimum 4 weeks vacation and others are offering 6 weeks vacation minimum.
