i'm not really sure what to make for Christmas eve or Christmas day.
i'm thinking maybe a roast chicken and scalloped potatoes for the 25th... but what else? i'm so sick of brocolli -- which is absolutely everywhere in my bumblescum town. it's hard to find diverse veg. |

Do you have an oven? We do roasted veggies for our meals. Cut up sweet potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, carrots in 1 inch cubes, Spanish onions, season it all with rosemary, roast in the oven for 30 minutes = delicious. |
