Ok speculation aside - this is a political and monetary decision.
So it makes sense there would be a Korean company in existance that covers these services and will be "approved" by the korean government - for a fee of course. Too many teachers are already here - there must be a place to run a background, check your education records, donate blood, urine and hair. So where are they? |
