Are there any institutions that offer a B.Ed. completely online?

I'm looking for one that would grant you certification to teach in the state or province that it's offered. I'd like to be accredited by the BC College of Teachers to teach in BC, Canada, and their requirement is that any international degrees that one has taken must lead the student to certification in its state of origin.

If there are online B.Ed.'s out there, would they be looked down upon because there is no practicum possible?

Unfortunately the lack of practicum would sort of indicate a lack of legitimacy. I am doing an online TESOL diploma through the Vancouver Community College, and one of the requirements is a practicum which I won't be able to complete until I'm back home. I'm sorry this wasn't much of a help, but good luck in your search.
