Will large stores like Homeplus and Emart as well as large banks like KEB be open on Wednesday? I know many schools, government offices, and non-emergency departments in hospitals will be closed. |

I'm sorry, but why is Wednesday special? I don't see it marked as a red day on my calendar. |

Bars and restaurants were open during the last two presidential elections. I don't know about the other things. |

Looking at what has happened on the red letter days in the calender this year ... I would say that other than banks / government offices inc schools ... I would expect most things to be open as normal on Wednesday ... Maybe even more things open than would be open on the National Holidays ... You should definitely have no trouble with shopping or tourist things ... Most things are open almost every day of the year ... |
