I bought an Ever Ev-W200 cell phone. The music player only plays file with .fmp extension. Anybody knows how to convert .mp3 to fmp?

presumably your phone manufacturer will have a convertor available. Or they may require you to use their own proprietary download site.

You could also try renaming the file to the proper extension. I've heard that that sometimes works.
