I'm sure that would work with any system. BUT, the one you linked to is an OEM (정품벌크) and won't have any cables. If you don't have a SATA connector, you should buy that one.
Over at Danawa, you can find any number of DVD-Multi drives for around 30,000 won. Look for the ones that say 정품 which means they are legit and come with the cables you'll need, plus software.
I just bought a Samsung for my old system about 2 months ago and it's great. It cost me 30,000 with everything. Took me about 15 minutes to swap out for the old one. No problems.
