If we have to get these things notarized or apostillezed (?), where do you get that done, especially if you are in india coming to korea, which will be my case next year? |

Subject to change.... but currently (as of Dec.15, 2007):
ALL first time E2 applicants MUST obtain their first visa in their home country.
Those who have previously had an E2 MAY (again subject to local consulate interpretation) get their visa in a 3rd country BUT they will have to submit the appropriate documentation to immigration to obtain a a visa issuance number FIRST.
I guess that means you prepare the documents BEFORE you leave for India or have someone at home get them done for you and forward them to you or forward them to your recruiter for the visa application process.
