Built my new PC yesterday - pics and post coming later today or tomorrow.

Old PC was completely reinstalled and cleaned up as well.

here's my new 'puter. Pretty clean as it's only 6 weeks old. But CL is right. If you don't take a can of compressed air to your CPU cooler and fans at least every couple of months, you're asking for trouble.

You must have that o/c'd through the roof to need a cooler like that Very Happy

Laughing It's a big'un. No doubt. I took the E6750 from 2.66 to 3.4ghz. Nice temps. Coretemp shows no more than 51C at full load. I could go to 3.7-3.8 with that cooler, but 3.4ghz does it for me.

My unit clogs up with cat hair, tobacco smoke, & dust, then crashes & burns.
I regard it as a 2 or 3-year disposable.

LOL Laughing ! I was just thinking about doing that today, and after seeing this post I decided to take care of it. Sorry, no pics. I was too embarrased of my wimpy system compared to the others Wink . Thanks for the kick in the butt to actually clean her up though.
