It can get annoying how crowded Seoul is, but ultimately I like it because all those people brings lots of things to do. My home town has 14,000 and I always hated it.

I live near a village of 60 here in rural Canada. There is NOTHING to do.

Wow Tokyo isn't in the top 10. I always assumed it was one of the densest cities in the world. I read once that if the world population lived together with a population density of Tokyo, we could fit all 6 billion in the state of Texas.

For me, I don't really have a sense like Seoul is all that dense. It "feels" like there are more people than Toronto but I don't much notice the extra people.

And I don't find Seoul boring. Then again, one man's poison is another man's... I forget how that goes. Fool me once. Shame on you. Fool me twice. Ummm. Don't get fooled again?

Which is exactly why I don't live in Seoul. It is way too crowded. If we move back up toward that area, it will probably be in a suburb.
