I'm having an issue with my neighbor in the flat above me. Everyday she vacuums at exactly 7:55 a.m. Often I hear her vacuuming at night too. Obsessive freak.
I normally wouldn't care when she vacuums but 7:55a.m. seems too early to be making that much noise, considering how loud it can be heard. It sounds like she's vacuuming right there in my room! Not a pleasant way to wake up.
Was wondering if anyone can type a polite but firm sentence or 2 in Korean, specifically mentioning the early morning vacuum noise? Then I can print it and leave it on her door.
Sincerely,
Sleepless in Seoul

p.s. I've tried pounding on the ceiling. She doesn't seem to get it. K logic maybe.
