How ignorant does a person have to be to come up with that statement?

I love the propaganda series called "Rank Korea." Little do they know how accurate the title is.

http://onelook.com/?w=rank&ls=a

Quote:
* adjective: very offensive in smell or taste (Example: "A rank cigar")

* adjective: conspicuously and outrageously bad or reprehensible (Example: "Rank treachery")

That show sure is rank.
