Flying into Singapore around Jan 18th-ish.. and seriously have no idea where I'm heading next...

Any suggestions as to a route I should take?... Is there any way I could work a good portion of Indonesia in as well?

Indonesia is very easy to get to. Jakarta is less than an hour by plane and BinTan/Batam a short ferry ride away. You can take a bus, taxi, plane or train to Malaysia. Depends on where you want to go.

When in Singapore, try to stay at one of the hostels in the Little India area.. They are quite fun. Feel free to either PM me or post questions here and I'll do my best to answer.
