Hi,
I want to apply for a masters course from Birmingham university. They request a notarized copy of my degree and transcipts. Is there anywhere in Seoul that i can get this done? Would the british embassy do this for me?

I think the best way is to go online and see if you can order them from your University. I believe most will send them to you or where ever for a small fee.
If you went to Uni in the USA you can order from https://www.studentclearinghouse.org/ |
