I went to Insadong two weeks ago, but everything I bought is pretty girly... even the key chains (which open up with mirrors inside). So I'm going back into Seoul to buy some guy things.
I'm meeting up with cousins (whom I haven't seen in several years) in India, and wanted to bring them something from Korea. Nothing too crazy or too big, but something cool.
They all live with their parents and are high school ages, so no alcohol related stuff I guess...any suggestions?
What kind of stuff would you guys like as gifts??
Anywhere else besides Insadong you think I should hit up?
thanks |

Went to Itaewon and bought my brother a shirt featuring a smiley face ( ) and the caption, "why don't you go *beep* yourself."
Itaewon has lots of street vendors selling cheap, trinkety goods; there are also plenty of craft stores/antique shops in the area as well. Take an afternoon; see what you can find. |

A gisaeng.
You CAN find keychains that aren't girly.
How much are you looking to spend? |

Insadong should have some very decorative soju glasses. I took some home with me the first year I was here and those were a big hit. |
