I wanted to make some chili for my girlfriend because she's never had it, but I have been having a hard time finding the spices I need. Specifically cumin and cayenne. They also have about 20 different brands of crushed red pepper, but I've yet to see chili powder.

I also haven't been able to find and kidney beans, any ideas on where I'd find those, or a good substitute?

Most of the big marts (Lotte/ Emart/ Homever/ Megamart) have a 'foreign foods' section that has alot of the more common spices, and usually a couple varieties of canned beans. Failing that, the spices can definitely be found at Asia Mart in Sasang.
