Without getting into a long story, let's just say that one signed a contract with X hagwon for an amount of money that was a fair amount above average. However, Mr. Kim the manager seems a bit slimey and perhaps untrustworthy, perhaps not, but the whole arrangement doesn't sit well with you. However, you start work in three weeks, which may be too short for him to find someone else.

Any complications for an F2 visa holder if this doesn't sit too well with Mr. Kim?

Why don't you try it out. If you don't like it, then quit. If you signed an agreement that says you should give a certain amount of notice, then honorably, you should. But, as an F-2 holder, there is nothing they can do to you, should you choose not to start working there or should you choose to quit after 1 month.
