Need someone to take over the last three months of my villa 2nd floor studio aka "one-room". I've already moved out so there isn't any pictures, but I'll try to get them.
Basic setup: AC/Fridge/Washer+clothing rack/Closet-thing Washer and Fridge are out on the veranda. Bathroom has sink and toilet, with the shower spray above the sink. It's small, so 480/mo including water, electricity, maintenance. Gas is paid separately.
7-10 (leisurely stroll) minute walk to either Hongdae or Mangwon station. Buses to Shinchon, HapJeong, Mangwon. Bus lines: 7016,7011,Mapo06,08,09,15. Golf range, Good grocery stores, Shinhan bank, woori bank, gyms, family marts and cafes all within a minute. Major landmark is Cheonggiwa Wedding Hall (천기와예식장), maybe Hongdae Bennigans.
http://bus.congnamul.com/SeoulRouteWebApp/view_english/map.jsp search for TGI Fridays and click view location for the first one (should automatically go to the one next to Hongdae). The studio is next to the beige and pink trapezoidy thing on the left. The brown square next to that is the golf range.
PM if interested~
edit: for those unfamiliar with Seoul...Hongdae is Hongik University, and the station is on Green Line 2 (circles around Seoul). Mangwon is on Brown Line 6 (connects to World Cup Stadium-Homever and Itaewon). Hapjeong is the connecting station between the green and brown line. Unable to find any of the stations mentioned...would help if you had mentioned which line they are on, or some sort of East-West or North - South area of Seoul...it is Seoul isn't it? |

you couldnt find any of the stations mentioned... I get the feel you're not in or know Seoul. If you check the link to the bus map, then you would be able to search for them. Hongdae=Hongik University
Line 2: Hapjeong-Hongdae (Hongik)-Shinchon
Line 6: Hapjeong-Mangwon (Itaewon) |

Been here 3 years, but did not know that Shinchon= Sinchon or Hongdae=Hongik. I missed the other two stations - probably because I was scanning the whole city map...your additional details made it much easier to find.
Thanks...you are only three stops on the green line from where I am now...which is too far away from where I want to be. Goodluck. |

If you wish, you can sign a contract (1-yr) with them. However, it's 5mil key. I can help you with that too, if you wish. It's not a grand place.
FYI: sinchon is pronounced SHinchon. Hongik University(Korean: DaeHakgyo) = HongDae |
