I recently made a decision to switch careers and found a job abroad - hence I'll be trying to pass my apartment on to somebody else (via the same lease) .
The basic stats for the place: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 large bathroom.
It's located in Hapjeong-Dong, one station away from Hongdae on the Green (line 2) line. To get here, it's easiest to take the train to Hapjeong Station, get off at exit 7 and within a 3 minute walk you're here.
The owner of the place lives right upstairs with her husband and son. They've been extremely accommodating and nice to me since I moved in over 7 months ago. They've allowed me to use their refrigerator, washer, and a bed and fold-out futon; I imagine they would pass that courtesy on to the next tenant as well if requested.
As I'm in a bit of a haste to get out of here and onto the job waiting for me Down Under, there's only a few days good on this offer: after that I'll be contacting the realtor who found the place for me to find a new tenant.
The rent is 300,000 won per month, and the key deposit amounts to 9 million. Every other month there is a water bill amounting to about 5,000 won. There are no other maintenance bills (as with, say, officetels) besides utilities.
For the amount of space this place has it's quite a bargain. The lease for this place has 1 year and about 5 months left on it - although if you need to exit earlier, you can simply do what I'm doing now - find a replacement tenant to pass the contract on to.
I've snapped a few shots with my laptop's camera to give an idea of what it looks like. Please excuse the mess - I'm in the midst of sorting and clearing everything out.
I can be contacted at 010-5647-9147 or PM'd for further information. |
