I perused about five pages, didn't find my answer. I also seem to have trouble navigating asiana and the koreanair websites as I can't seem to get them to give me the fares.

I'm looking to take a vacation, so I'm interested basically in Vegas, Chicago, or NY possibly. What are these cities looking to run me out of Seoul (in USD) if I book a month or two ahead?

i'd guess the average would be $1200...unless it was a high season it'd be more).

$900 or more one way and $1500 or a lot more for RT. Shop around. Call or email travel agents. I find that that directly contacting the airlines or going on airline sites is the most expensive way to go while travel agents offer much better deals.

Contact these guys. [email protected] They will get back to you within a few hours. Don't know if they are open today. I got a very reasonable quote from them last week. And they are to be trusted - in my view.

Try these websites. They're really much cheaper than anything else I've found. You don't need a lot of Korean, just a little. But you will need a credit card (and a banking certificate if it's a Korean credit card).

You can usually find round trip fares for under 1m if your travel dates are a little flexible. I sometimes fly to Seattle or LA and then buy my domestic flight from there if it saves me a lot of money.
