It's xmas eve. I'm drinking wine and watching crappy movies. I really want to smoke a cigarette. But I've been trying to quit forever but I can't seem to when I drink too much.

Is it ok to tell myself that smoking is ok until Dec. 26 and then I have to really really quit? If I were at home right now I'd be drinking and smoking for sure.

What to do?

Too bad....
I think, if you're going to fall off the wagon, you might as well go for the gusto.......but then again, those kind of "cigarettes" are hard to find and are illegal in Korea....
You should've saved the urge for the beaches of Thailand or something where you could've puffed your merry lungs out on a big fat blunt.....

Oh well......to each is own........

Where I come from, everyone puffs their merry lungs outs from the am to the pm. That's boring now. Past that. Can't get past the cigs though. &^%^%$ most addictive thing ever.

I smoked two and today I can't breath. I have to take meds just to breath normally in Seoul. I'm so stupid, I know that. Merry Christmas anyway. Laughing

Just eat cold turkey.

(My mother quit smoking "cold turkey" when I was 6 and for years I thought that meant she ate cold turkey to quit smoking...)
