Ballpark. How many books have you read this year?

Just trying to gauge the depth of my pathetic addiction.

So, you're a reader, eh? That's nice.

I've read about 10 books and listened to about 20 audio books.

I've purchased more books than I've read this year. That's my bad habit. I have good intentions, I just never get there.

I have Tom Wolfe's The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, which I've been wanting to read forever, sitting next to me...and here I sit wasting time on the internet.

I usually flip-flop from fiction to nonfiction, but Korea is seriously lacking in English book selections.

5 or 6. That's lower than my personal average. Luckily higher than my national average of 0.35 books a person per year (last I heard)

god, at least 20 or 30, though one of the perks of being home is the access to an English language library

Well...pretty addicted here. I generally have 3 or 4 on the go. And I'll usually finish them within maybe a 10 day period before I start a new set. So, let's say 10 a month, normally

120/year

then holidays and stuff, I'll sometimes read a book a day. Another 30?

150!

I read one book a week at least, so I'm in the neighborhood of about 75 books. My bank account would be somewhat fatter if I didn't read.
