I'm going to drop 40 kg.
I'm going to guit smoking.
I'm going back to the gym.

Jan-Mar- Hit 250 Kg on the benchpress, currently I'm at 205
Pay back AMEX and my Jewish loan shark
Get a bed and a tv
Apr-July- Drop 12 kilos, thus getting down to 10%bf
Apply for med school, begin saving in earnest
Aug-Oct- Continue work on physique (trying to look like a superhero)
Start studying, perhaps visit the school (Debrecen, Hungary)
Nov-Dec- Make sure everything is chill
Buy my plane ticket

Yeah Wrench, I admire what you have done. It has given me food for thought.
Demonicat! Why don't you have a bed and a TV? Great goals though.

Eamo, none taken. I'm at 110kg. Put on (now) 22 kgs in the past 12 months (bad living). I carry weight pretty well and maybe I'm dreaming stating 70 kgs as goal. I can glide by at 80 and look solid. I just thought it would be good to get down to my old playing weight from years ago.

How tall are you? I'm 5' 7'' (174cm) and 80 kg's. If you are above 5' 7'' then 70kg's is too thin.

The same Eamo, 5' 7" and I carry a good muscle base below the pork. Maybe 70kgs is not not realistic after all these years"
By the way, it's good to have an Irish expat responding. I was told by an old mate (All-Black] the best tours ever, for hospitality, were Ireland.
Good stuff.

I've always said that the best hospitality in the world is by Americans. Closely followed by Canadians.

But I do think that on occasion, if you meet the right Irish people, then you are sorted. Somebody said that when you meet an Irishman, you will be fighting or best friends for life within 30 minutes. Sometimes true. Same with Koreans.

Eamo! That maybe true. I have never had the pleasure of either Amercan or Canadian hospitality. All I know is the Irish people (bar 1 who was out -there) I have worked with, played against, and had as friends, have all been the best, bar none. No suckiness intended.
