I have an older GT Avalanche for sale. It is in good mechanical condition. Cosmetically, it is quite scratched up, but there are no dents or cracks. I'll try to give a good rundown of the parts:

Frame: 16" Aluminum GT triple triangle design (GT frames run bigger, especially with the long travel Marzocchi) I would say that it is comparable to an 18" frame for most other models
Fork: Marzocchi Bomber (long travel)
Wheels: Front- Mavic 321 disc rim laced to an A2Z disc hub
Rear- Mavic 223 disc rim laced to a generic disc hub
Tires: Swallow semi-slicks
Derailleurs: F- Deore
R- Deore LX
Shifters: Deore (xt or lx?)
Cranks: Shimano
Brakes: F- Avid mechanical disc
R- Jagwire V-brake with brake booster
Levers: Promax direct pull
Cassettes: 27 speed drivetrain
Stem: Kalloy Shorty
Bar: Woodman riser
Headset: Cane Creek C2
Pedals: downhill platform style

There are some extras that come with it as well:

Hutchison knobby tires
dirt jump style helmet
brand new heavy springs for the Marzocchi
Deore LX v-brakes (1 set)
new pads for the Avid brakes
camel back style water pack
hand pump
lock

This bike has been well-ridden. It is far from pretty, but is built up with quality parts, and many extras. It is perfect for commuting in Korea.
The asking price is anything over 125,000krw. I live in Apgujoeng (Kangnam area of Seoul). Feel free to ask any questions.

Last I checked, it is still my Macbook, as it is in my possession Smile . Seriously though, I was clear on how you, or anyone for that matter, needs to pick up the Macbook. There will be no bank transfers, and I will not parcel post it. You must pick up in person with cash in hand. If you, or anyone is still interested, then I suggest that you make arrangements to do just that. I can make time if you are serious.

I seriously hope you don't sell it....until after I move at the end of the month, so that I can buy it. I had a Specialized Rockhopper back in Portland that was the same way. Ugly as sin, but built with bulletproof components. I have to move at then end of this month and I'm trying to weed out as much stuff as I can before. I'll check back with you next month

I think it's a very fair price for anyone looking for a bike!! It's a decent frame with ok components.....Would be perfectly fine for someone to ride around town or go offroad a bang it around a bit.
I'm surprised it hasnt been grabbed up by now!?!?

Definitely, have it sent by 태백......My bike was sent by 태백 from the airport to my place. Not sure how much it cost, the airline paid for it. But I can't imagine it costing very much.....

Thanks for the endorsement and the bump Very Happy !

As far as posting it, that is more trouble than it's worth to me. If anyone wanted to make arrangements to do that, then that is perfectly fine of course.

Just got your PM but I can't reciprocate (don't you hate that?). I'm gritting my teeth over this one. I might not be able to wait. I especially like those rearward sloping top tubes. Makes for great bunny hops. Any idea on the weight? 23? 25 pounds?
