Hi basically I am looking for deskstops, or notebooks with no os. Or refurbished. Is there a site (Korean) that I can find this information? thanks!

Every machine can have the old O/S blown off by a simple format.

All used machines will have "free" versions of windows rather than paid for versions - simply boot from a CD and format c:
