i have an f-2 and want to get the private tutor's license from the MOE. does any one know what this is in korean, and what other documents i need to get one?

My cousin called the Gyeonggi-do Education department asking about the tutoring license. They said they didn't know anything about it,

still can't find anything on this, but i remember other posters mentioning they can get some document from the MOE to be a private tutor. does anyone know anything about it?

I believe I gave detailed steps as to how to go about doing this on the Private Lesson Discussion 'Sticky' (much more than what I gave on page 1). I don't know if it is there, but I am sure I posted it somewhere.
