OK, I'm not in the army. I've never been in the army and I don't even look like the army type. However, I've read that they will be showing some BCS football games (that's gridiron to you brits) on the Armed Forces Network (AFN) which I can't get here in Gangneung. Does anyone know if there are bars or restaurants that would have it? Has anyone watched American sports in Itaewon? I'm suprised that it isn't on Sky Sports, even though it's a college game, it's huge.

I believe the Rose Bowl will be broadcast on AFN at 3:00 AM Korea time. You may want to try calling some bars in Itaewon or somewhere else in Korea to see if they will show the game. I get AFN at home so it's not a problem for me.

I am still looking for a place to watch the Sugar Bowl because it isn't listed on the main AFN schedule.
