				| So what do you miss the most from home?
When I was in Korea I think I missed ladies night at Bullwinkles the most.

				| Chocolate Pop-tarts and SKIM milk.
I just can't drink this milk plain from a glass. On cereal, I can deal with it, but plain -- no way!

				| I went home last winter vacation for two weeks and I thought I would want to do, see, eat and try various things I missed, but when I did do, see, eat and try the various things, I relized that I didn't realy miss them at all, and it was no big deal. The big deal was my memory of them, and I realize this now, that they are best this way, as a good memory. | |

				| I miss the variety of food. Korean food is great, but there's really no variety that I care for seven days a week.
Back home I could have a delicious fresh bagel with hummus and a glass of mango juice for breakfast, a Thai curry for lunch, and a salade nicoise for dinner. Even Seoul lacks that much variety in cuisine.

				| i had some milk at my rich relatives' house once and it was damn good. i was like "whoa, this milk doesn't suck like that other kinds" and i got weird stares.
 advice about milk:
don't get the cheap stuff, and the more colorful the packaging, the better

				| cthulu...don't know how long you've been here, but the complaining about beer quality has been severely abated by the fairly recent introduction of Hite Prime, a necessary face saver following the infamous The Hite Stout. So, while for variety of beer styles one still must homebrew or pay a premium for imports, at least there is a locally brewed quality beer...Prime. | |

				| Here it is,
I've had Prime, and the best I can say for it is: Hite Prime relative to regular Hite is like Miller in relation to Coors. Better, but only in comparison with other Korean brews. I dunno, maybe I have to try it again.

Actually, I do have a soft spot for Red Rock, but other than that I've really not enjoyed Korean beer much at all. Maybe I'm just too damn picky...
