Anyone remember this?

Saw this video by accident on Much Music in the 90's, and it definitely has 1990s written all over it.

As Bas as it Seems

Edit:
Here's another one: Hollywood Ending

I do, actually. A friend has been scampering about butchering that actual song for the last couple of days for some mysterious reason. Laughing

I also saw him, although he didn't play this particular song. Good show for the $15 or so for a ticket.

This song is actually quite easy to play. Tune down an entire step on strings 5 and 4 (3,2, and 1 aren't even used), and tune the 6th string to a low A... It rattles like hell, but I think it sounds good!

Hayden is one of my favourite artists. Dynamite Walls is a great tune if you are looking for another good Hayden tune. Weird guitar tuning though, I tried it once and was convinced a string was gonna fly off and poke my eye out. My mother would finally have been right. Wink

This is Haydn, right? Funny someone could like him and not know how to spell his name.

Nope, Hayden. He's Canadian kind of folk-pop music.

Maybe you are thinking of Franz Joseph Haydn? The second most famous classical composer next to Mozart.

Strange, I thought it was the Canadian guy who dropped the E and the composer who kept it in.

nice post,

didn't even know I missed this stuff. Nice to hear it again. I remember listening to Hayden on Much. Good memories, good times, stage diving to any band, torn second hand pants, a beat up truck, never cut my hair, camped out under the stars just to see the sun rise, anyone was a friend if they weren't uptight.....I can't beleive I ever thought going to school was tough.

since we are driving down memory lane here any one remember the Odds?

if it's cool with the OP, would any one be interested in continuing the ride?

I was introduced to Hayden's music through the movie "Tree's Lounge", directed by/starring Steve Buscemi (well worth tracking down, by the way). Hayden did the title track for the soundtrack.

"Between us to Hold" is my favourite Hayden song on most days. He has a new album coming out, or out already..and it's definitely worth it to check out the album "Live at Convocation Hall".
