Yeah, that's what I thought. Contrary to the above video, I still think cops in North America are pretty heavy handed compared to what I see in Japan, Korea.

I've seen cops in Korea assaulted by drunken soju warriors and get placed in a cab......I show the footage to my students during "Alcohol is a Drug" week.

but in the US, touching a cop is an automatic assault on an officer... if you touch a cop with an object, say a baseball cap, it's assault on an officer with a deadly weapon.......

I gues yelling and acting like an idiot is not a crime.... but that cop sure could've taken that guy in. Shiit, the guy sounded like he was on some drug- meth, or something....or coming down from coke....

That guy is clearly schizophrenic. Using the on TV as entertainment is morally questionable.
