Does anyone know when one can officially make a complaint at the labor department for late wages? It has been over 2 weeks now, everyone in this school is worried. Anyone have any experience in this and filing a complaint with the labor department. Please no "know it alls" and angry lonely people...just people with the facts need post!!! |

Your pay has to be late by 15 days, before you can file. After the 15 days you can flie with the labor board. |

15 days. Take your contract, ARC, and pay stubs to the labor office and file a complaint. You WILL need a Korean interpreter. |
