Look for them on youtube. I prefer their live show stuff, its way better than the HBO series. I saw them live in Christchurch 2 years ago, and cried with laughter, they were amazing.

I knew a guy who used to sing the "racist dragon" song every time he was around a new person. It got really bad, he did it a lot. It the only thing he could think of to make an impression.

They are great! We just watched their tv show. So funny. I love their stuff.

We're partial to both the Robot song (I poked one, he was dead....Binary solo)
and the 'getting lewd with two dudes in the nude for food' one. Haha!

The youtube stuff isn't really funny, I agree. They have an entire tv season called 'flight of the conchords' which is quite funny, I thought.

The songs are the least favourite part for me - I love the naivete they play up so well, with the supporting cast of nutjobs... Murray the Manager, Mel the Fan (and her hapless husband) and with Arj Barker thrown in as their semi-psycho New Yawker buddy.

That and all the scrapes they get into with Australians. The discrimination they suffered at the hands of that racist, racist fruit vendor!!!

It's a great show.

Maybe DJSMC would like to tell us what he does think is funny??
