Is it snowing where you are? It's has been snowing for a while here. The ground is solidly covered. I think it started some time yesterday late afternoon/early evening and has been doing so off and on.

No snow here in this valley near the southern coast.

But a nice blue sky day.

Great for going for a walk.

It's snowing in Yeosu? Shocked

My valley here in rural Gyeongsangnamdo is under two hours from there and it's BLUE sky with no snow here.

It snowed for a little this morning. It was just enough to accumulate. It melted off by about 1:30 though.

Changwon is very cold today with strong biting winds. It got much colder on us today and is freezing. No snow, but it's cold enough and dipping down into the 20's Fahrenheit or -1 to -3 Celsius tonight.

Wow, and in one week, I expect to see 93 Fahrenheit or 34 Celsius with sunshine, but not in Korea since I am leaving. It will be sweet taking in a little bit of hot Summer time in January with blue skies, white sands, and coconut palms swaying in the gentle breeze. Yes, I had to rub into all of you who will be freezing your nutz off in the Korean Winter. LOL

I just talked to Dave on the phone and he told me how much snow you guys are getting down in Gwangju. I told him how unfair it was because Daejeon is further north and we are just getting a sprinkle.

You could try www.kma.go.kr

Oigirl,

Yes it is. It's coming down hard. I don't know of a site for snow fall totals, but I'd guess we've gotten about 7 inches of snow in the last day and a half.

According to Weather.com the snow is suppose to decrease by midnight. Of course, they aren't that accurate.
