[New Luck Toy]

When I moved into my apartment I had to do some major cleaning. It was pretty gross, whoever lived here before had definitely not cleaned in months. I have dealt with the kitchen, bathroom, floors, etc. but the walls are pretty nasty too, and they are wallpapered (textured, off-white color). How do I clean them? Should I use a mild soap solution or what? I'm not a neat freak and I have never had the urge to clean my walls before, but these ones are pretty nasty and it looks like I will be here for a while. There is also some water damage from the AC but I guess there's nothing to be done about that. Any advice is appreciated.
